What I’m Passionate About
I’m passionate about working with portfolio companies and founders with a maniacal short-term focus and a realistic long-term vision.
There’s busy, and then there’s “I closed five investments in fiscal year 2021,” busy. I could use a nap one of these days.
A lot of energy and a little rebellion make for an accomplished entrepreneur.
Teamwork is everything. One of my proudest moments at Cisco happened when I helped my colleagues launch the CISO Survival Guide, which was a huge success.
If I’m urban biking, chances are I’m happy. It gives me a better appreciation of where I live and gives me the chance to meet new people.
Where I’ve Been
I have had the honor of leading many M&A transactions over my career and playing a big role in EDS’s sale to HP.
Where I Learned
I earned my MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad. Not all education is acquired in school, however. I also built a great deal of knowledge during my time in corporate finance in Singapore and India. My time as an advisor in those countries served as an incredible foundation for my current role at Cisco.
