What I’m Passionate About
I’m passionate about being part of the Cisco Investments team. Since joining, I've had the opportunity to learn from the best investors in the world and work with a variety of innovative founders and startups, all while serving the broader mission of Cisco.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy being as active as possible. A little exercise can go a long way in changing your mood, attitude, and overall outlook on life.
Fearless authenticity – it’s the new cool. It’s also one of the core values that drives me to be me and not a second-rate version of someone else.
I’m naturally curious, so I think it’s a shame that curiosity killed the cat. Millions of people saw the apple fall, but only Newton asked why it fell.
I love learning about the “why” involved in founding a startup. I believe there is so much to learn through people's life experiences!
Where I’ve Been
I started my career as an intern in Investment Banking and have worked with a variety of different technology companies and founders since 2018.
Where I Learned
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Commerce from UVA McIntire School of Commerce. Of course, learning doesn’t end when you graduate. Working at Cisco Investments provides so many amazing opportunities to gain experience across both M&A and VC, so my real-world education will always be ongoing.
