I serve as Relationship Manager for Cisco Investments. As a trusted partner for our portfolio companies, my goal is to broaden their horizons and help them realize their true potential with the help of Cisco’s vast resources and powerful connections.
What I’m Passionate About
I’m passionate about surrounding myself with friends and family. They keep me honest, they keep me happy, and they make me a more complete person.
I don’t have much free time, but when I do, it’s usually spent at the driving range or miniature golf with my daughter. Fore!
Wisdom, passion, and product. It’s what I look for when working with a portfolio company. Lack any one of those qualities, and you’ve got a hole in your startup’s potential.
Intent, awareness and empathy. It’s what I consider most important when collaborating across our portfolio and Cisco ecosystem. That combination has helped me greatly in working with sales & business unit leadership teams at Cisco.
Nobody changed the world without getting their hands a little dirty. I’m proud to be a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of Relationship Manager.
Where I’ve Been
All our dreams begin in youth. So did mine! And after a 7 year entrepreneurial journey following my dreams, I bring a diverse array of experience to the table, from startup engineer to startup founder; from enterprise architect to enterprise partnerships.
Where I Learned
My professional adventures taught me most of the lessons but I received my post-graduate education from two universities: My master’s in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Duke University.
